My husband and I felt so fortunate to work with Jen on buying our first house. She was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, and guided us through the process from the first house we looked at to putting in an offer and navigating the challenges of the loan, inspection and appraisal process. Partway through our search we had to adjust our budget and expectations, and Jen was on top of it and showing us new houses the following day! She was always accessible to us and we never felt like we were bothering her or asking her silly questions, and she was quick to respond and explain anything we were unsure about. Jen was also extremely thorough, going out of her way to research costs and quirks about the properties we viewed so we came into the game with as much knowledge of the bigger picture as we possibly could.
Perhaps the greatest pleasure of working with Jen was her upbeat and encouraging personality. She was our biggest cheerleader and advocate, and kept us excited about the process even when it became challenging. It' s thanks to her that we ended up in the perfect house for us, one that fit our budget and our wish list in a wonderful neighborhood.
We can't say enough about how great it was to work with Jen. She is friendly and hard-working, and a tremendous agent. We will continue to recommend her to friends and family!

It was a true pleasure and blessing working with Jen. She knew my needs and wants in a house and would get showing for me immediately as they came on the market. After showings she was very honest saying, "this isn't the house for you … I think we can do better". For that I have a huge appreciation. Once I found my house she did so many extra things unasked to make my life less stressful. We were very specific in what we were looking for and had no rush to sell our current home or buy a new one, it was a situation of "if you see something like..." In a few short months we were under contract and closed on our new home. Our financing was VA and there was a bit of back and forth with the listing agent and sellers. Jen was proactive and on top of it every step of the way. She kept us up to date at all times, answered all questions and was available to us when we needed her to be. When we listed out home with her it sold within 2 days of listing at $15,000 above asking price.
